Our team consists of enterprising and talented employees who all have one thing in common: the love for Portugal in general... and the Algarve in particular! Our mission is to turn a house into a home for our 'guests' who come to spend the winter months here. Nothing more and nothing less!

Nice to meet you: I am Guus Twint, 52 years old, married and have 2 children. Originally a history teacher, but now mainly concerned with relieving people's worries.
I can fully do that in this company. I always think in terms of solutions and will try to find the right and appropriate solution for your specific wishes.
We live in the Algarve, initially as an experiment. Because of my muscle disease, the doctor advised me to move to a dry and mild climate. After some research you will soon end up in the Algarve because of its mild winters. It is now the middle of winter here and 18 degrees, as it almost always is during the day.
That is exactly what I want to introduce you to: you can do what you like and we will arrange what you don't like, or what you haven't thought of yet and would like to do.

Guus: my responsibility
As a real estate specialist, I am responsible for a suitable, diverse and attractive range of homes in the Algarve within Winter Algarve. As a contact person for the landlords, in addition to the rental matters, I am also the director of the Care & Support team that takes care of key transfer, cleaning and maintenance .
Nice to meet you: I am Victoria Twint, 44 years old, married and have 2 children. However , according to the Algarvean gym, I am only 36... and that is how I feel after living here in this great climate for 4 months. Being able to walk, exercise and live outside every day keeps me young and vital. Highly recommended.
My passion lies in the events industry, in which I have made my mark over more than 20 years. I have always organized events (customized) for multinationals and now the time has come to give you a special and wonderful time. Your (free) time is precious... therefore valuable and that is why it is my goal to personally tailor it to your wishes!
I am also a Yoga teacher and very interested in healthy food, sports and mindfulness. I would be honored to share this knowledge with you. Namaste! My motto is "Living with passion" and I am 100% convinced that you too will experience this in the Algarve.
Victoria: my passion
As a marketing specialist, I am responsible within Winter Algarve for the events and activities that provide a warm 'at home' feeling for all parties involved . As a contact person for the tenants, in addition to event management , I am also the director of our energetic Sales team for optimal marketing .
